Hi, I bought KrakenTE 2days ago and the problem is that when I have the volume on the wired cable put to max, I can hear hissing when any sound is made, if I turn it down a bit, I can’t hear the hiss, however when turned down, I feel like the right speaker is louder then the left, any suggestions?

There are a few possibilities as to why this is happening. 1. The USB audio controller is pulling too much power exceeding the headset drivers' operational limit at higher volume levels. 2. Faulty USB port 3. Hardware issue If you have balance issues, you can adjust left-right balance via Windows Sound Settings> Levels> Balance.

Well I rebought them and it does the same thing. I used it on different computers as well and the hiss keeps doing it. The only difference on the rebought ones is that here is the left speaker louder. I loved your krakens in the past, but the 2019s edition makes me so mad. I hope you will make some kind of new wired headset soon.
