Lancehead Won't Hold Any Charge

I Purchased a razer lancehead, brand new, yesterday from my local JB Hi-Fi and brought it home to find out that it doesn't hold any charge whatsoever. I've tried every and any solution but so far the mouse has not been able to turn on without being plugged in constantly whilst using it.
