My Razer blade 15 laptop has  some screen issue as below

you can see the upper right conner there are some white mesh spot.
 

 the words also unclear with some jagged edge, and only appear on upper right area.

currently i am out of warrenty, are there any suggestion for me to fix this issue? Many thanks!!
