An update has arrived to the Razer Synapse program. However, it gives an error during the update. I uninstalled the program and did a clean installation, but this time it cannot find the headset. When I try to install the update, it gives an error again and the application no longer recognizes my headset, mouse and keyboard. However, all of my equipment is Razer brand. Don't send me a link and tell me to follow these steps. There is no method left that I haven't tried. please help.

a new update is required for the update they released, there is a bug somewhere in the software, I think it is overlooked.
