leviathan v2 x speaker broken?

so i went to use my leviathan v2 x today and when i plugged it into my laptop, it made a sharp crackle sound on the right side. that side currently does not work. the left one still works. i was able to plug in the usb c cable to my phone and power it with that but that no longer works nor does it work with the usb c outlet on my laptop. im assuming that the speaker blew out when i plugged it in. its strange due to it working fine working yesterday. i did nothing different like plug it into usb hub. i'd take it back for a refund but the limit to return it was yesterday (the 15th). maybe it didnt and its a common occurrence or something? it sucks cause i just got it for christmas.

    That's a bummer. If the same problem persists across multiple devices, it's highly likely a hardware problem. PM me the serial number and a copy of your receipt so I can validate its model and check its warranty status. Thanks! *Thread locked to curb conversation to PM.
