Lit keyboards have uppercase and lowercase symbols reversed. | Razer Insider

Apparently this is because it's easier to backlight the lowercase symbols in the uppercase part of keyboard keys. But my mom has Alzheimers. She already doesn't understand what the ENTER or SHIFT keys mean and her mind cannot find symbols if they're not where they've been for decades. She cannot adapt and she wants to return the keyboard. She cannot be reasoned with. I'm hoping that she will subconsciously get used to the upside down keys and not call me every time she can't find a question mark or parenthesis but this could take months or years. What's the time limit on returns?
