Looking for firmware update for Blackwidow Chroma RZ03-0122

Hi, I have a pretty old keyboard, but it is wonderful in all other ways and I don't want to give it up. I have an issue which feels logical, and I read that a firmware update solved it. the issue is that when playing, same key will get "stuck" randomly and spams, and clicking it again will solve the issue. I am looking everywhere for the firmware update, but its not on the razer site, and I can't send an email to support or anything, since the keyboard is not under warranty any more. I'm sure Razer have access to it. its really frustrating that I can't get these updates to an otherwise fully functional keyboard. Maybe someone can help? Thanks!

Hi!I have exactly the same keyboard (Blackwidow Chroma RZ03-0122) and the same problem but, I can't find new firmware anywhere ???
The keyboard works, but it would be great if it had the latest firmware.

Can somebody please help ? đꤔ

Hi guys,

It’s true that the Razer BlackWidow Chroma doesn’t have an available firmware update. All of the necessary updates were released through Synapse application. If you’re experiencing input issues, you can follow the steps here. Otherwise, PM me the serial number so I can verify its model and check my resources for other options to help you address the issue. Thanks!

@Razer.Zionzedd I also have the same issue with Blackwidow Chroma RZ03-0122 and to make it worse I flashed the wrong firmware with Blackwidow Ultimate. Now the keyboard not working as it is stuck at Bootloader. If you can share the firmware updater would be great.

In order for the updater to work you have to install synapse 2.
