Low Latency on Razer Phone 2 with Bose Quiet Comfort?

I was diagnosed with ASD about 2 years ago, and noise has become increasingly problematic for me. In particular, low rumbling noises cause me to experience a nausea, especially if I can also feel the rumbling via surface contact or air vibrations, while certain scraping noises can induce something I can only describe as extremely painful.

I was previously looking for earbuds to use with my Razer Phone 2 that have low latency, as I cannot stand audio delay, however the hammerheads were too expensive for me to justify. Recently I talked to my father about trying to find earbuds that had low latency and app support for blocking specific sound frequencies. He ordered a pair of Bose quietcomfort earbuds for me, without talking to me first. They are already here, although I have not opened them out of fear my Dad can't get return them if I do.

Although I'm tempted to have my dad return them and order the hammerheads, which are cheaper by comparison and DO have a low latency mode, the Bose Quietcomfort earbuds have better ANC for the nauseating noises and better battery life when compared in reviews. Generic android reviews listed them as having 80 ms response time, and 40 on IOS. I understand the hammerheads range in the 20's with low latency on.

I can't find anything on how well the Quietcomforts work with the Razer Phone 2 or if they have been updated with their own low latency mode. Obviously Razer supports low latency with the hammerheads, but that does not mean they work well with the Bose. I briefly owned the JBL Tune 225TWS earbuds after a friend said they had perfect audio sync. I had to return those since they never stayed in sync and were worse than my 3 year old anker soundcore set.

Does anyone here have any insight into using the Bose Quietcomforts, with or without Razer Phone 2 in low latency modes?
