Macmini will not open asix dmg to update Razer Radeon 5700xt Egpu

Hi there every, hopeing that someone can help me please.

I have had my 5700xt teamed up with my 2018/2020 intel macmini for the past 3 years and for the past few days have been trying to run Topaz Ai video upscaler on the Macmiini- which it should be doing, but will not, so as a process of elimination to diagnose the issue,  I thought I probably should try to update the drivers/firmware/etc on the egpu, but my macmini won’t open the dmg that I got from the razer site specific to my egpu, no matter what I try (even deleting and downloading the dmg multiple times before and after just updating the OS to Ventura 13.5.

So I’m wondering if i need to connect my egpu to Synapse? and if so how on the MM

Or if anyone else has faced this problem, as this is the first time that my MM has refused to open up a dmg (after the unidentified dev override)

And wondering if anyone might know a bit more abut the interaction between the MM, the egpu and Topaz AI vid upscaler (looks incredible- such a huge difference, just keeps crashing though...and they say it’s the macmini…….?)
