Hello. Before I start to explain my issue, the mic I am using is the Razer Electra V2. I use this mic to talk to people on PC and Xbox. This morning I turned on my Xbox, and like I always do I plugged in the headset and mic into my controller. I found something strange though. I could hear game sounds, but whenever I tried to use the mic it would only make a sound when I switched the mic on and off using the little slider thing. It would make a loud buzz noise for like half a second when it turns on and off. I can still hear people, but I can't talk to anybody. I have been working on trying to fix this mic, doing so much research for hours today and nothing has solved the issue. I also tried using the mic on my PC, and it failed to work as well. Can somebody help? Thanks!

Hey there! You've landed to our support thread. Sorry to hear about your headset's concern. By the way, is this the first time experiencing the issue? Just to confirm, are you using the Razer Electra V2 USB or the 3.5 mm stereo jack? Does the issue happen when plugging it on a different port in your PC and gaming console?
