Hi It's been a while I'm trying to connect my mice to my synapse for changing my DPI but I can't! I've tried everything but still no result. Anybody could help me please?

    Did you already perform a clean installation of the Synapse app? If not yet, you can follow the steps here. If that didn't help, PM me the serial number and the Synapse version so I can validate its model and check for other steps to help you resolve the issue.
