Today I bought a Razer Blackshark v2 X headset, and with it, I got a splitter cable. When I plug my green and red jacks into integrated sound card on my motherboard, it works fine.

But, I don’t use that integrated audio. I have a professional USB studio card Yamaha Steinberg UR22 mkII. With the splitter cable, I plug my 2 jacks into it, one into input, one into output. Output works flawlessly but input doesn’t work at all. I can’t pick up any audio from my headset. What is going on ?
