I just recently bought a Razer Kraken X Lite, I’m having issue with my microphone it sounds horrible. I can hear people on the chat but they cant hear me. All they can hear is crackling distorted noise. My headset is connected to my Xbox Series S. I dont own a pc or laptop. I only have my xbox s. I’ve tried razer support but the chat support wont continue when i try to upload my proof of purchase. I need help please.
