Mouse sensor not working
the mouse cursor won't move but the buttons are working correctly. I feel like the mouse sensor is broken because I tried plugging it into another pc BUT I still had the same problems (buttons are working but the cursor won't move). Any help will be appreciated.

Did you already try the steps here for further isolation? If that didn't help, PM me the serial number so I can validate its model and share a copy of your receipt so I can check its warranty status before we start a case for a warranty claim. Thanks!
