My 7.1 surround option is showing on windows 11

Hello. I just bought a Razer Kraken. (note that im on windows 11) I downloaded the 7.1 application and entered the code but now its saying that I have no output device selected. The 7.1 surround option wont show up anywhere. PLEASE HELP.

IF anyone could follow up with this request. I am having the same exact issue. 7.1 Surround is not showing up as a selectable audio device.

Yeah same I tried contacting customer support but every time I try it just sends me to the page to get my activation code.  One of the most infuriating things I'VE EVER SEEN CUSTOMER SUPPORT 3/10
