    Hey, you can ask to a razer admin to what to do with this problem, here a link with the same problem (check the reply to know what to do)

    Hi my other account was temporarily locked i still cant sign in i loaded 5000 points i was tryin to fix my authenticator and this happend tried to change my password but still cant it is also connected to my other fb account pls i need help i need to open now so i can top up to a game

    Same problem can anyone help its been 2day i still cant log in to my account still saying temporarily closed how to fix it
