Good day, I got a Razer Kiyo R19-0232 for my BD and when I installed the webcam and setup into OBS and other display software to check image/calibrate colors and chek ilumination, I noticed that the image quality, even if I change the resolution and the framerate, the camera wont reach the 30fps or the 60fps it states.
I know that in 1080p the frames that reach is 30 and in 720p 60, but for some reason the camera only gets 15 to 21 fps.
I tried updating the synapse software, the firmware of the Kiyo but I got the same result.
I tried on another PC I got and its the same result.
My PC specs are high so Im not blaming to the hardware of both my computers.
I juts want to solve the issue to the last option before I try to check warranty too.
Can you give me some advice?
