My courier is still stuck at customs.

Since Monday the 22nd, my courier has been staying at Hong Kong Customs. is this normal?

 

I paid an extra 10 euros for fast delivery.

 

On the homepage, it is written that I can receive the goods between May 26th and 31st.

 

Today is May 26th, but my goods are still at customs in Hong Kong.

Hi, I’ve just put an order in costing a large amount of cash (in my eyes) and although I bought it in euros from a Spanish page in Razer it is telling me it has been shipped; FROM HONG KONG!!!!! Not happy as Spain is terrible for taxes and fees. I will be adding my thoughts to Trust Pilot. This is bad! I’m dreading the possibility of a notice from Spanish customs
