So, I bought this mouse from Shopee and I wanted it to get it worked on my laptop atm. The mouse didn't light up when I started plug it in at first but I got it working later after several tries. I didn't realize that this was going to be my problem because apparently my mouse disconnected itself after a few minutes. I tried to disconnect and plug it back but it didn't work. It only work after I unplug it for an hour and plug it back but problem still occurs like what I mentioned above. So I was wondering if this is something to do with my faulty USB port or the mouse cable being an issue(at first I thought it had something to do with Synapse but I doubt it considering you can get it work without it). But I really wanted to ask if there's other way around to get it work or perhaps if I actually have missed something?
