My headset came with no Serial Number

Hi guys, I need some help. I bought my headset on Amazon, and it came with no Serial Number. I've tried to contact Amazon, but they just redirected me to the Razer website and I was unsuccessful in finding the option to chat with an associate rather than posting here. The reason I want the Serial Number is that I use my headset for work and whenever I'm not on a call, it will turn off, which triggers the call program I use for work to disconnect completely from my headset. So, basically I have to keep turning them on and reconnecting to the program every time and it's really annoying. I want to find a way to not have the "auto turn off" option on. If you know anything on this, please let me know. Thank you!

What's our headset model? Have you registered the device? Please refer to this article. If the headset is supported in Razer Synapse 3.0, please check the recommendations from this link.
