My Keyboard doesn't work.

I bought a Deathstalker V2 Pro TKL a 3 months ago.

Yesterday my battery life turns 0%. 

As I usually do, i put my USB cable to charge him.

When i woke up and remove my USB cable, i noticed my keyboard doesn't turn on.

I put again the USB Cable and in the Razer Software (synapse 3.0) my battery life is 100%. When i remove the USB cable, pops up a message: "Deathstalker v2 pro TKL has no baterry life" Something like that and my keyboard turns off.

Is bizarre i pay expansive to this keyboard to doesn't work.

    Thanks for alerting us about this. Try to repair your Synapse software. You can also update its firmware. If that didn’t work out, then shoot me a message via PM along with your keyvboard’s serial number so I can validate it and check for other workarounds.
