Hi,
My Kraken Pro Tournament Edition won’t allow me to update Razer Synapse to its most recent version and gives me error code 1603. I assume that it has something to do with the most recent release of the THX Spatial and me not registering the product previously but I have all the packaging and stuff to activate the feature. It is annoying that I get the error message each time I try to update it doesn’t give me the specifics.
Can you help me with this?
