My mouse is not being detected

I have now read multiple threads, the manual and all the guides on razer's website. I have tried pretty much all there is to try but my mouse wont get detected. Please help!! - razer synapse 3.0 - my keyboard is being registered (deathstalker) - windows 10 - razer deathadder v2 pro thanks in advance

    SOLUTION !! description: razer has made a software update that colides with the "riot vanguard" anticheat. this overlooked mistake, makes it so that u cant download the last part of the software. The one that enables your mouse in the synapse that is. solution: delete "riot vanguard" i sure hope razer fixes this mistake or atleast makes it common knowledge so that people dont have to stress about a defect mouse and they dont have to get a bad rep.
