all my mouse profiles just randomly duplicated. And i deleted all the profiles that got duplicated and after i open the synapse again were all my profiles gone.

my profiles were duplicated and now they are gone.

To isolate this problem, please try to perform a clean reinstallation of the synapse by following the steps in this link.
