My razer Basilisk is charging
It has been two days now and my have tried everything and my mouse has been at 4 percent for the past two days now and nothing has happened
+1I'd try to discharge it fully, then connect to a 5V charger directly for a few hours, to check what will happen (because this may be a bug in Synapse - wrong battery status... or dead battery).
