Hello my razer started to disconnect and connect every 1-2 seconds ive changed to a different port and same issue ive even bought an extension so it doesnt overheat and same issue is happening.

I’m sorry to hear about your Razer Razer Basilisk X HyperSpeed having intermitent conenction issues. To isolate the problem, please try to perform the steps below:
- Make sure to update your mouse firmware here.
- Check if your mouse is disconnected when Razer Synapse 3 is turned on.
- Test the device on your PC with Razer Synapse disabled. This is to isolate the device from a software issue. Follow the steps from this article.
- Plug the mouse directly to the computer and not on a USB hub.
- Avoid placing the dongle near your Wi-Fi router as it may affect the connectivity.
- Test the device on another PC.
