My razer blackwidow ultimate chroma is not being recognized by synapse

I just did a clean install of windows on my pc and prior to that my razer keyboard was recognized in synapse, but for what ever reason, after this install it won’t recognize it. I see it in the device manager.

This is a RZ03-01220200-R301 model.

My mouse is being recognized just fine.

I thought maybe I just need to manually install the driver for it or something but I can’t even find the driver for this keyboard model on the website. It just wants me to install the synapse…..

I’ve tried unplugging it and plugging it back in, tried different USB ports, restarting, reinstalling synapse but nothing is working.

Anyone have any suggestions?

    Ok after messing with it and getting nowhere the synapse randomly updated and installed the chroma driver or what ever it needed and it is working now.
