My Razer Huntsman V2 Tenkeyless cannot connect

Everything was fine until last week, my razer keep disconnecting miduse, I thought it was a wire issue, so I buy a new usb-C cable. It works but then suddenly this night, it decided to stop altogether. Like midusage the laptop just shut off. Led stop working and all. I cannot type on it. The usb c still works but nope it just stop working altogether. How can I solve this. I believe it is still under warranty
