I bought a razer kraken x headset a few months ago and at the start it wasn’t working, but then I got it working because I was using a 3rd party app that thought it was headphones instead of a headset, therefore blocking it. It was working good until about a week agoi when I realized that it wasn’t working, I tried to find fixes everywhere, from checking for updates for the drivers, to uninstalling and reinstalling the drivers. Nothing has worked, so if someone could help that would be amazing.

Did you already try updating the audio driver of your PC? If that didn’t help, PM me the serial number so I can verify its model and check for other options to help you address the mic problem. Thanks!
