MY razer mamba wont work when wired

my razer mamba 2018 randomly stopped working wired when its wireless it works the moment you plug it in the mouse turns off and doesn't work I tried to trouble shoot it I couldn't find the mouse I tried to update it it said to plug it in but my mouse work when plugged it I tested it it charges it but it doesn't show on the razer synapse when plugged it or on the mouse when charging I tested the usb I use to charge it works fine and when I plug it in I made sure to test it when turned off and when turned on it didn't work, I updated windows it wont work still.

also when charging it doesn't show its connected at all but it does charge. please help

I am having this same issue. I’m not sure if it is connected to an update or not. I just updated windows, razer synapse and nvida. The mouse functions normally on wireless more but the second I plug it in the mouse turns off. It charges slowly but does not show up in the Razor software and cannot be turned on using the mouse itself (buttons on the bottom). This is happening in all USB ports and on different PCs as well.
