My Razer Ornata V2 not getting recognized in Synapse

I bought this new keyboard and did the warranty registration. But it is not showing up in Razer Synapse 3 software.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the software + keyboard drivers multiple times

have deleted folders /razor in programdata and programFiles.

I have no installed games or Steam/Epic etc on my system

No third-party antivirus is there

Any help would be great as this is my first Razer product.
