My RAZER TWS X right earbud doesn't turn on

I have a problem about my RAZER Hammerhead TWS X, were the left earbud says "Power On" and turns on, while the right earbud doesn't turn on what could that mean?

    Hello I buy a new hammerheads yes X and was around 45 days working very well but Yesterday doesn't works the Left side, please helpe me. 

    i try to recharge but doesn't work, just the right is ON.
