My Razer V2 Pro isnt working with the Hyperpolling Dongle after the firmware update

After updating my firmware, my Razer Viper V2 Pro Hyperpolling Stopped working. I’m trying everything to fix it but nothing works. My Mouse is also at 0% after it saying it was at 80% not that long ago. This firmware update destroyed my mouse.
