About 5 months ago I bought a Razer Viper Ultimate on Amazon. The mouse always had short, small failures, but thought that these were normal. After playing a few rounds on my PC this morning, the mouse suddenly turned off, was no longer recognized by Razer Synaps and even if I connected the mouse with a cable, it didn't work. Tried it on another PC but it didn't work. I can't send the mouse back because Amazon's return period expired in January.
