My Razer Viper V2 Pro keeps disconnecting while playing the game

My Razer Viper V2 Pro keeps disconnecting everytime im playing the game. Everytime i move around my mouse it just randomly disconnects and it’s frustrating because the only way i can temporarily fix it is switching the usb to a different port but it only helps for a little until it starts disconnecting again and again. It’s annoying and i’m looking to see if anyone has a fix on how to fix this mouse from disconnecting so much randomly. I tried every youtube tutorial before trying to ask people so please let me know and thank you.
