My tactile spin on my Razer Basilisk V3 has stopped working'.

My scroll wheel was in tactile mode and was working fine and then I played a game using a controller and after I hopped off the game my mouse is stuck in the free spin mode. I’ve attempted to change the mode via razer synapse and the button on the mouse but nothing happens. The mode shows that it has changed on synapse however the scroll is still in free spin mode which is really obnoxious. I’ve tried the general things such as restarting razer synapse, resetting the mouse settings and restarting my computer etc however the issue still occurs. This happened a while back however the mouse rapidly fixed itself without me taking any action but now is stuck in free spin.
