My Tartarus Chrome Keypad Can't be programmed.

I have uninstalled and re-installed both hardware and software but all I get when I open Razer Synapse is a three option screen (Register Product, Visit Razer Store and View compatible devices) My product is four years old and worked perfectly until Yesterday. I had a BSOD and afterwards I can't make it work. The system recognises the hardware and the correct programme is installed, I just can't make them work together. I can't get the configuration screen to open. Any ideas would be appreciated. I have a Tartarus Game Pad.

    Are there any other manufacturers of Keypads? I am heartily fed up trying to get help from Razer! They only give me Tartarus 3 help which is useless for 2.0!! I can't get to speak to anybody they are totally useless at customer care and divert everything to this forum. I will not be forced to buy a new keypad and will vote with my wallet and never buy any of their crap with faulty programme.
