hello razer,

Recently i tried to use thx surround sound.

i did what u do in your video that need to help me to at the thx surround sound instalation and my surround sound doesnt work on my pc but it works on my playstaion and my phone (i think it work on all devices but not on my computer In addition my thx spitial audio in the Operating device doesnt works and my razer blackshark v2 pro on the Operating device are working now.

what am i need to do about this (How can I make the thx spatial audio on the Operating device work?, How can I make the thx spatial audio will work on my computer

Yes, the THX Surround Sound feature of your headset can be activated through the Synapse 3 app. Are you having issues with its installation? Did you already try to reboot your PC? You can check this master guide for more detailed steps on how to set up your headset on a computer.
