So I’ve been using Viper V2 pro for a few months, everything is working perfectly, but one day my mouse suddenly disconnected from my pc and never detected my mouse ever since. So I have to use the wire to connect my mouse to continue using it. My pc doesn’t detects my USB dongle anymore. Is there any fixes I can personally do?

Have you ability to test the dongle on another PC?
I’ve gotten the same problem too, everything was perfect till today It won’t work when it’s in wireless mode but when I connect the wire mode in it works. I’ve sent them an email hopefully they reply.
