my naga pro goes to a really low dpi whenever razer synapse isn't open. the dpi buttons don't work whenever synapse isn't open. the dpi buttons work fine when synapse is open. I tried to make a profile and save it to the mouse but when synapse is closed it stops working. I would rather not use razer synapse because I use different RGB software and synapse interrupts it. this is a new problem started 2 days ago before that I didn't have razer synapse installed and worked fine.
