Naga RZ01-0104 has two scroll clicks?
When I press the scroll wheel down, it clicks, but nothing happens on my computer. If I press harder, it clicks again and my computer registers a mouse 3 input. The second click takes too much force to use precisely: I end up scrolling. Is there any way to reassign mouse 3 to the first click? Synapse makes no mention of this first click.

It should register with the first click. Did you try to temporarily disable the Synapse app to further isolate the cause of the issue? If you have a can of compressed air, try cleaning the scroll wheel to remove any debris and dust that may have caused the problem. Should it persists, please PM me the serial number so I can validate its model and check for other steps to help you address your concern. Thanks!

This seemed to be a hardware issue rather than software. I completely disassembled it and washed the non-electronic parts (they needed it). I don’t know if the washing was required or if the disassembly was sufficient, but it fixed it! It now takes a normal amount of force to activate mouse 3.
