The mouse “jumps” periodically when connected to the 2.4G Dongle, but no when connected to Bluetooth or when plugged in with USB cable. I’ve performed all “support” tasks: Factory Reset Mouse, Clean install of Drivers, and recreated issue on other devices. It’s not under “warranty” anymore so official support won’t assist. Was wondering if anyone else had similar issues and if so how to resolve. Otherwise I’ll be in the market for a new mouse. I liked the Naga for the 6 extra side buttons, but I won’t be buying another Razer product because I’m done with this “saga with my naga”.

I’m here to help. To isolate the issue, please ensure the device is plugged in directly to a PC and not a USB hub. For a wireless connection, a clear line of sight from the Razer mouse to the dongle is a must. You can also try troubleshooting at this link. I hope this helps.
