NAGA X Buttons 1 3 and 5 are not working

Hey all

    So recently I bought this Naga X mouse to use in MMO games, I just plugged it in today and can’t get the buttons 1 3 and 5 to respond at all, I have key binded them in games but when I press them NOTHING, all the other side buttons work perfectly, I have no clue on what to do, so before I return the mouse to the store I was wondering if there was a solution so I don’t have to go down that road, cheers for any help.
