nari head phones ultimate WTH is wrong with this thing i charged bat for many hours just half charge

i tried to get the charging dock replace for the basilisk and got the run arround about what is and is not a receipt from them they refuse to accept the only for of proof of purchase they give you so owell gottah pay 25 bucks to get it through amazon and now i bought a nari headset and it only charges only half way even though i charged it for 14 hours before using it now i come home after 10 hours and and still half way. i feel as if i am at a breaking point with this company and they seem to not want me as a consumer or maybe i just do not spend enough be important. if anyone have any tips to fix i thank you and hope i can you and it just keeps coonecting and disconnecting over and over now so i am being driving nuts love how it works but i care less to have headraces and crap noises not in the game
