Hello, I have a Nari Ultimate that after a few hours of being on, the audio will start to glich/pop/crackle (I don't know what to word best describes it) where the audio would pop with a volume increase in said pop and go back to normal. It only happens after a while being on (3-5+hrs) and turning it off and back on doesn't fix it, I have to turn it off and leave it off for a while (I don't know exactly how long, maybe 15-30 mins or an hour or more) before it would be fixed. Closing synapse doesn't help and restarting computer doesn't help. It's not a bug with my computer because when I record with something like OBS and other software it doesn't come through so it's a problem with the headset itself. Any help is appreciated.

Try the steps here for further isolation. If that didn't help, PM me the serial number so I can validate its model and check for other steps to help you resolve the audio problem of your Razer Nari Ultimate gaming headset. Thanks!
