Hello,
I have had my Nari Ultimate for over 2 years and have never experience a problem. Recently I have run into the issue of my headset disconnecting whenever audio is presented, whether it be through a game, discord, YouTube etc. They just disconnect and are unusable at this point. I have tried to update the firmware but my dongle is not able to be read. Is there a way to fix this issue?
Please help.
