Recently my Nari ultimate dongle has seemingly stopped working, I have tried different USB ports but it pops up for a second and during that second doesn't play audio, tried this on different computer and still doesn't work :( Anything I can do?

It’s highly likely that the wireless dongle is defective. Please PM me the serial number so I can verify its model and our options for a spare dongle. Thank you.
