Nari Ultimate Pewdiepie not being detected on Synapse
Hello,
My nari ultimate pewdiepie headset is no longer detected on Synapse. I've tried everything from clean installs of drivers and synapse to attempting to install the drivers both wired and wirelessly. The headset still functions on console and wired via a controller on pc, but the microphone is unusable because it is so sensitive. Without synapse I can't adjust much of anything on this headset anymore. This is extremely disappointing because a year or so ago synapse gave me tons of options with this headset.

bitVeryPaleOrange181The Razer Nari Ultimate headset can only be detected by Synapse through its wireless dongle. Did you try plugging the dongle into a different USB port and reinstalling its driver? You can also try using the dongle recovery tool by following the steps here for further isolation.
