Nari Ultimate randomly pairing/disconnecting

Ive had this headset for a bit over a year now and loved it. Not sure whats happened but since about 3 days ago they've started doing this thing where they just randomly try to pair and disconnect as if im across the house with a struggling signal, despite being next to my computer like normal. I don't know if there was an update that caused this, if its a faulty dongle, software, what have you. I've looked at previous threads and tried nearly everything suggested; manual pairing assistant, pc restart, windows update, driver updates, reseating the usb dongle, it all only works for about a minute before going back to being funky and having issues staying connected. Do I need to try reinstalling Synapse-? pls send help
