.NET Runtime Event 1026 Win 11 pro | Razer Insider

Razer Central has started to produce this error regularly on all my up to date Win 11 pro machines running Synapse 3 and Razer mice. In its worst form it causes a BSD with a stop code error. The Event Viewer details, (apologies for the length)  for the latest example are shown below. The reference is to an outdated Framework Version, and I don’t understand why, since I have the most recent  installed. Any help or ideas would be much appreciated:
